Online catalogue with WhatsApp ordering: how it works

An online catalogue with WhatsApp ordering is a website where your customer browses your products, chooses quantities and sends you the request over WhatsApp. You confirm availability, delivery and payment in that chat. With DARVIA it is the Complete package: 400 USD, with up to 20 products and 5 categories loaded at launch and a panel to keep it up to date.

Updated:

How does an order work, step by step?

  1. Your customer browses the categories and opens each product page, with images, description and price.
  2. They select the products and quantities they want.
  3. They send the request over WhatsApp with their selection.
  4. You confirm availability, delivery and payment in that chat.

What can you edit from the panel?

The private panel lets you update the agreed content, business details, services and catalogue: names, short descriptions, images, prices and availability of each product.

  • Initial upload of up to 20 products, 5 categories and 3 images per product.
  • Up to 6 main pages, plus product pages with a shared design.
  • A 60-minute session to learn how to manage the website and catalogue.

What doesn't this catalogue do?

It does not include online payments, customer accounts, order history or automatic inventory. The sale is closed on WhatsApp. If your business needs any of those features, they are quoted in a separate proposal.

Why have it on your own website?

The catalogue lives on your domain, search engines can find it and it can be shared with a link, including outside WhatsApp. Each product has its own page and you decide what is shown and what is available.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

The Complete package costs 400 USD and includes a standard domain, hosting and HTTPS for the first year, in one language. Estimated delivery is 4–6 weeks from when we receive the deposit and all materials. The yearly renewal is paid separately, and we tell you the amount before you sign.

Are there examples I can see?

These DARVIA demos show WhatsApp ordering working in the interface. They are advanced demos, not client work:

  • Renovables: solar catalogue with WhatsApp purchase in three currencies.
  • DiDi: amigurumi shop with WhatsApp ordering.
  • Arca Ilary: multi-page catering website with WhatsApp orders.
