What we set out to do

Couples who live by agreed rules keep them across notes, chats and memory: nobody knows which version of the agreement applies, which task is still open or how many points there are.

YAM is a studio demo, designed, developed, and deployed by DARVIA: it is not a client commission and does not prove commercial results.

What we built

An installable web app for adult couples who run their relationship on agreed rules: a versioned agreement both partners sign, daily tasks with photo proof, points, rewards and chat. Mobile first, in Spanish and English. Adults only (18+).

Key technical decision

React with Vite as a PWA. The same data layer runs in two modes: Postgres inside the browser with PGlite to try it without a server, and Supabase in the cloud with per-couple RLS policies. Proof photos live in private storage behind signed links that expire, and every screen passes an axe WCAG 2.2 AA scan in the E2E tests.

What you can check and what is outside the scope

You can check

Home, tasks, agreement, progress and chat screens with a test couple, and the full loop of task, proof, points and reward.

Project limits

This is a demo for adults (18+). It is not a therapy or health service, and test data lives in the browser unless cloud mode is used.

What it demonstrates

One space only the two of them see: the agreement is signed and versioned, tasks are reviewed with proof and points are a real ledger. Pausing and everything safety-related are free and two taps away.
