What we set out to do

People starting to train get generic routines that ignore injuries, time and available equipment, and their plans, measurements and meals live in different places.

FitEcosystem is a studio demo, designed, developed, and deployed by DARVIA: it is not a client commission and does not prove commercial results.

What we built

A platform to train and eat better: workout and nutrition plans generated with safety rules, progress tracking, a directory of trainers, nutritionists and gyms, and dashboards for professionals and admins. This demo runs entirely in the browser, with no server.

Key technical decision

Next.js with static export. The Django API is replaced in the browser by a router that answers with the same routes and JSON shapes, real data captured from the backend and changes saved to localStorage. The workout and nutrition generators, written in Python, were ported to TypeScript along with their tests.

What you can check and what is outside the scope

You can check

Training, nutrition, progress screens and professional dashboards with demonstration data.

Project limits

This is a static demo without a server: changes are saved in this browser using localStorage. There are no shared accounts, professional follow-up or operational health services.

What it demonstrates

One place to generate a safe plan, log what you do and find a professional. Trainers and nutritionists assign plans to their clients, and admins moderate the directory.
